Susan is an ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) executive and leadership coach with experience in management and organizational development. Susan creates transformational leaders and culture shifts to optimize organizational results.  Her methodology focuses on developing all leaders who are balanced in creating and communicating a vision, building engaging and effective relationships (EQ), and executing on strategic organizational performance.  Susan partners with and challenges leaders to create impact using clarity and agility to affect bottom line results, while incorporating alignment between values and meaningful work for the leader and their teams.
